Humid

Today, as Howard requested, Yu Zhuang, Jackson , Howard and Me cycled to Pasir Ris park. We met at Sunplaza park at 3.30pm. The weather was really humid although the sun did not shine much. I arrived first, followed by Howard then Jack and Yu zhuang. We cycled to Pasir Ris Park by the park connector and It was easier compared to the Highway method that I used a few years before.

When we were almost there, we noticed the canal leading to the sea really dry. We predicted it to be a low tide and yes it is. When we arrived at the Park, the tide was really low, Lower then anything I've seen before. The trees that were submerged were out and we put the bikes on the floor, ventured down to see the aquatic life. There are many crabs and the holes on the floor dug by them were countless. We saw several big crabs too, and sea cockroaches. The marine life was unexpectedly lively from what it looked like when it was High-Tide. The trash there was scarily piled up too. we saw several people out on the low tide catching aquatic life. We stayed awhile more before continuing our cycling spree.

We went over to one of the breakwaters to take a break and there we saw some people playing a really cool kite. Basically they have to hold on to two strings and the kites flew really fast, compared to those cheap ones. The flaps made really loud sounds. At first I thought it was the sound made my motors but It wasn't even motor-propelled. After that we cycled to White Sands for dinner, and cycled home. It was a tiring day but, glad we had such a "Nature" outing for once.

Today, Andy just turned 18! It was a tiring day, firstly, I had to drag myself awake at 7am to go help my Dad in the shop. After that at around 10.30, I left the place and headed for home.  I met with Howard , Phong Su and Qi sheng first at T1. Wai Zhen came soon after and we all headed to the game shop to get andy his gift. We got him "Bayonetta" , heard it is a pretty hot game and well, we got it at a price of 68.

After that we met with the rest, and we watched the movie 14 blades. Ain't gonna review much, simple 7/10. Not really the best, (so far avatar just wow-ed me.) But okay. -3 due to the frigging CG spammage they just hurled into the movie. After the movie, Jater pulled me over to try Ripples Jubeats. It was kind of fun but difficult to play at the same time. Amazingly, the songs inside are pretty recent. Big Bang, DAI, etc etc.

We then headed to Andy's house for dinner. His mother's Prawn Mee is still as good as ever! Thanks auntie! We also watched "Law Abiding Citizens" on Andy's computer. It was pretty gory, but it is pretty good. I tried some of the White Wine Andy's dad got, and my... 30% alcohol ain't a joke. I drank less then 1/4 of a cup and I can already feel my chest burning, it was that bad. I had to leave earlier because the last 69 bus leaves at 11.45 and I can't afford to miss it. Anyway Andy, Happy 18th Birthday, Hope you enjoy your gift!

Today is indeed the day of events..

First. The GUAILAN KIA SAGA!! Jater linked us a blog of a 14 year old kid in TSS and his lifestyle of being a Pai Kia. So basically he created a secret brotherhood for his friends, ( More like primary school jia jia jiu  or teletubby club ). Unknowingly to them, the link to their secret blog spread like wildfire on facebook. Its a war on their cboxes, with posts updated EVERY second. Everyone was spamming on their blog, and they cannot retaliate. Soon a facebook page is created and it achieved 3000 members over in one night.

The scary truth: It hit STOMP and an e-mail was sent to TSS. The principal called their "Taoeh" (Boss) and his "brothers" to the office and gave them a lecture. I heard xiaoslack (derrick) cried after it. The blog were all removed or made private and the group disbanded. To all interneters:  DOn't show to the world wad a gangster you are and put up your phone number on your blog. LOL

Anyway, 20/1/09. Today, since everyone was off, we decided to catch a movie at century square. We watched Spy Next Door. It's another jackie chan show! It's been awhile since I watched one of his movies but yet, it is still as awesome as ever. The movie was really funny and entertaining for it's short running time. I give it 8/10.  There is little spying but lots of cool gadgets and stuff you would usually hope to see in a James Bond Movie. After that Howard and I had to travel all the way to simei to get the HDD as Jater forgotten to bring it although we reminded him before he left his house. K Ciao

2010 at last, how fast.

What a great feeling to see everyone going to school while we go to the malls LOL! Anyway, today we pre-celebrated xuan kai's 18 birthday. The first bastard to turn 18 in our group! Anyway, it was really  brief, we watched avatar. AVATAR was freaking awesome. 10/10!!! I don't see any loop-holes, (even if there is you won't notice).

Ah, really tired now, though I would game later haha..

Why I whine : Stuff that cost 10c cheaper then their normal price. 29.90, 39,90 , 49,90...why can't they just round it up to like $30, $40 or $50?? They like to give 10 cents change THAT much?

This year is finally coming to an end.. What awaits me next year? Anyway, today : Sunny, Cloudy Reluctantly dragged myself to work today. I had to work today. My black rock shooter comes next week and I owe Bern $90+. Now that I've got my day's pay, I have enough to return her the money. Work is very busy for a Tuesday, perhaps it's because two of the aunties did not come to work. (Which is why I am there today.) I endured that headache again today, stupid me, always don't want to sleep when there's work the following day, then complaining about headache during work. It went off after the crowd started coming in at 9am. I wonder.. why the heck is time passing so slowly when I'm there selling bean curd? What felt like eternity was only half an hour. Anyway, after at 1.45pm, I went home, waiting for jater's help to Jailbreak my iphone. After that we went to the computer shop. Wth? DDR 2 RAM cards are now 2GB for $70!!?? Thats daylight robbery!! I upgraded at such a cheap cost too! I'm gonna add a section here called

Why I whine : Unruly customers. What the heck, I was selling bean curd today and come this ****ed up old man. At first I thought he was just like any other, then he signaled me he want a cold bean curd. I asked him how many he want and he SHOUTED back at me " 一杯啦！不然几杯？'' I was so pissed at him but just carried on. Come on la, how the hell will I know how many cups you want? Just before him also got this retarded, He wanted one cup, so when I was packing he come beside me and said 3 cups, MAKE UP YOUR MIND MAN.

Rainy - Sunny then Rainy

The weather is damn weird... Anyway, today (actually it's 24th) is Wz's birthday. We have a lot of difficulties finding a time when everyone can make it. Well because most of the people are working already and today is the best day where as many people as possible can make it.

With such a short time to Host this event our timing is screwed up. The movie starts at 4.20pm and we bought our tickets at 4.28pm. We missed the front part of the movie " Bodyguards and Assassins" anyway, I give this movie a 7/10. At first I don't get it but actually the storyline is about a group of people fighting for a free China.

7/10 for how it literally slaughters all the main characters one by one!! Which movie you watched had it's main characters dying? These people have to protect a VIP called Mr Sun and well, haters, uhh, I mean assassins tries to kill the vip.. you know... it takes place in China in 1902.

Either way, happy early birthday to you wai zhen.

First, the service. EXCELLENT! Words cannot describe their quality service. Always smiling, greeting anyone that they see. First, I'll like to honor my stateroom attendant. She cleans the room till spick and span and on day 2, she left a towel folded dog on the bed. It was awesome! When we saw her, she tried to converse to us in chinese but the accent was weird and we just laughed it off.

The restaurant waiter allocated to our table was called Sabani. He is a funny guy who likes to joke alot.

The food is pretty good. However it does gets plain after a few days. I've been eating potato for the 5 days on board.. It's a wonder that I kept rushing to the toilet. The first few nights was pretty cloudy and I can't see any stars. We dropped at Phuket (Is this the spelling?) at Thailand and we visited the walnut factory, the 3 monk's monument and shopped around. I WANT TO BURN MY EYES SERIOUSLY!! Americans!! Don't you have any dignity? I don't want to see your naked bodies under the sun!! PUT ON SOME CLOTHES!

Put that aside, I felt pretty bored with the entertainment on board though. It doesn't really suit the Teenagers and children. I'll say it's more cut out for the adults, with the casino open right in the middle of deck 4, where even children can cut through it and see people gambling. The sea breeze was amazing as usual, I even admired a thunderstorm in a distant while lying on the deck chair..

Overall, this cruise was quite fun. I like it :)

Super Sunny...

Today I was "called upon" by my dad to help out in the shop.. I guess the pay for this 6 hours I work today will go to my Iphone funds. Anyway, I haven't been blogging lately. Can't seem to find the mood to do so. I slept for only 4 and 1/2 hours because I was too engrossed in the computer the following day. In the end I dragged myself from bed at 6.30am, cleaned up and cycled to work.

The morning breeze was certainly cooling. I see some people jogging and the bus stop was crowded. As usual, I sell tauhau the whole morning. Got a splitting headache suddenly and grabbed several panadols to sooth it. I was really really exhausted from standing for 6 hours and nearly slept standing. As I was restocking the fridge with drinks, a familiar voice called my name. Why what a surprise, Mrs Tan and her husband were eating there :). Their meeting reawakened me, but I was already done for the day. Tonight I can get some good sleep and tomorrow I'm going on a cruise... with my mom, sis, and grandparents.

I heard it's an American Ship. I wonder what's the difference? I got US$80 from my mom just now, In-case-of-emergency, Thats the currency on the boat! >< Bon Voyage peeps, back on friday! :)

F**king Rainy

I met Howard at 12 at Tampines Mall as he wanted to get a new pair of slippers. After he selected a pair from Bata, we headed to mac's for lunch. Damn the stupid weather, while we were eating it started pouring. IT WAS FREAKING HOT A FEW MINUTES AGO!. Howard and I made our way to Pasir Ris to be stranded in the bus stop in the heavy rain. Nora and Yz came to ferry us with umbrellas to the chalet. I tell you, the place is freaking flooded. The water was ankle deep near the chalet!

We slacked around in the chalet till the BBQs started. First of all I want to thank Fir, Azaad , Howard for being our Chef of the day! Without them we would all probably be hungry. Basically everything was normal. That night nobody decided not to sleep. Basically today I have to go to Suntec to buy AFA tickets. I had trouble sleeping as I can't do without my bolster and i went downstairs to chat with the rest for awhile. Soon I slept for only 2 hours before I woke up. Gahh, too tired to type the rest..

DAMN FREAKING SUNNY AND HOT then rainy and cloudy

Okay first of all, this morning someone committed suicide near my flat. My maid told me it happened at around 9am. By the time the ambulance arrived it was already too late. Anyway, I was really excited about today. I went ahead and met up with Phong su, Wai Zhen and Xuan Kai at Pasir Ris and we went to the chalet. I slacked around in the chalet. It soon turned cloudy and started pouring.. Dang, everyone was already dressed up so nicely and it started raining!??

Too bad I don't have a camera with me, I can't take photos. The MC of the day was the guy from the Gatsby commercial 3 years ago. ( you remember? The " If you're happy and you know it clap your hair.." guy? ) Yeah he is the MC for our grad night. There were a lot of activities held for us and we all had a brilliant time. It was unforgettable. This will be the second last time we see the teachers...

The thing ended at around 11.30 and we all went separate ways. Some of them are staying in the chalet for the night while some left. I will be staying in the chalet tomorrow. ( Should be later in 12 hours because it's already 12:54 now ). Well nights. Tired as hell =,-!!
